As a delegate at the NASFAT Youth Conference, you are expected to adhere to the following rules and regulations to ensure a smooth, organized, and spiritually uplifting experience for all participants:
- General Conduct :
- All delegates must conduct themselves with discipline, respect, and adherence to Islamic principles.
- Punctuality is essential for all conference sessions, prayers, and activities.
- Delegates must show respect to NASFAT officials, facilitators, and fellow participants at all times.
- Any form of misconduct, including disruptive behavior, disrespect, or insubordination, will not be tolerated.
- Attendance and Participation :
- Attendance at all plenary sessions, workshops, and activities is compulsory.
- Delegates must actively participate in discussions and group activities.
- Movement during sessions should be minimized to avoid distractions.
- Dress Code :
- Delegates must dress modestly and in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
- Male delegates should wear appropriate Islamic attire.
- Female delegates must wear hijabs and loose-fitting clothing.
- Indecent dressing, such as tight or revealing outfits, is strictly prohibited.
- Accommodation and Welfare :
- Delegates must remain in their assigned accommodations unless permission is granted to leave.
- Lights-out must be observed at the stipulated time.
- Rooms must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Any damages to conference facilities will be paid for by the responsible individual.
- Security and Identification :
- Every delegate must wear their official conference tag at all times.
- Unauthorized persons are not allowed in conference venues or accommodations.
- Any suspicious activity should be reported to the organizing committee immediately.
- Prayer and Spiritual Activities :
- All delegates must observe the five daily prayers in congregation.
- Attendance at spiritual sessions, including Tafsir, lectures, and Tahajjud, is mandatory.
- Islamic decorum must be observed at all times.
- Communication and Media :
- Delegates should use their mobile devices responsibly; phones must be on silent mode during sessions.
- Unauthorized recording of sessions is prohibited without prior permission.
- Only designated media personnel are allowed to cover events officially.
- Business Activities :
- All form of business must be registered and appropriate fee must be paid to the youth account through the Conference business committee. Any business not registered would be confisticated .
- Prohibited Activities :
- The consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly forbidden.
- Smoking is not allowed within the conference venue.
- Any form of gambling, inappropriate relationships, or immoral activities is prohibited.
- Fighting, quarrels, or any form of violence will lead to immediate disciplinary action.
- Compliance and Penalties :
- Any delegate found violating these rules will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include :
- Verbal or written warning.
- Suspension from specific conference activities
- Expulsion from the conference (without refund)
- Other penalties as determined by the organizing committee
- Departure and Exit :
- Delegates must check out of their accommodation at the designated time.
- Lost items should be reported to the lost-and-found desk immediately.
- No delegate should leave the conference without notifying their team leader or official representative.
By attending the NASFAT Youth Conference, every delegate agrees to abide by these rules and regulations.
